Welcome to Eastern Taxis. By using our website and booking services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking and Services

• All bookings must include accurate information: full name, valid email address, pickup and drop-off locations, and date.

• Bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

• Our services cover airport transfers, city travel, and business tours within Australia.

2. Fares and Payments

• Prices are calculated based on vehicle type, distance, and any additional services.

• Additional charges may apply for extra luggage, delays, or changes to the itinerary.

• Payment is to be made in AUD and can be completed online or directly to the driver.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup time or in case of no-shows.

4. Safety and Conduct

• Passengers must wear seatbelts and behave respectfully towards drivers and vehicles.

• Any damage to vehicles caused by passenger behavior will incur charges.

5. Liability

• Eastern Taxis will not be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen incidents.

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

6. Modifications

• We may update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

• Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
